In the video posted on TikTok by @de_prince_12, the property features a massive compound floor covered in black and white chevron-patterned tiles.
The entrance is secured with ornate gold and black gates, and the building is clearly labelled as “De-Prince Villa.”
As seen in the video, the living room contained marble-finish accent walls and a large television. A unique lighting fixture featuring a monkey hanging from a rope also caught the attention of viewers.
The tour moved to an ultra-modern kitchen equipped with built-in appliances and gold-accented cabinetry. It also features mechanical pull-out dish racks for storage.
In the bedroom, the man showed off luxury bedding and high-end tiling. The bathroom includes a smart LED mirror, adding to the modern feel of the home.
