Governor Dikko Umar Radda has revealed that bandits operating in Katsina State often obtain classified security information shortly after government meetings, blaming the situation on the presence of moles within communities and security circles.
“There was a day I called a high level security meeting at Government House. Five minutes later, the bandit kingpin knew everything we discussed. There are moles within the system.”
