A young Nigerian lady, Smaris Amaka, has shared a video showing the moment she and her siblings renovated their parents’ apartment.

In the TikTok video posted on May 10, 2026, the children decided to give the family home a new look, surprising their parents.

The video captured the reactions of different family members as they walked into the house to see the changes.

Amaka’s married elder sister was the first to arrive, and she expressed great amusement at the new look of the house.

Moments later, their father arrived from the village and was overwhelmed by the transformation.

Upon seeing the new chairs and the newly installed TV console, the man fainted on the new couch about two times.

When the mother eventually walked in, she was full of happiness and joined the children in celebrating the development.

In a moment of comic relief, the father narrated his experience to his wife and asked her to join him in the dramatic reaction.

The father said:

“I fainted 2 times here on the chair. Oya you too faint your own.”

Following his instruction, the mother also dropped to the floor to express her shock and joy. The father then fainted for the third time on the floor with his wife.
